“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or business accessing or using our services.
“Services” refer to website design, branding, marketing, and other digital solutions provided by AgentNest.
“Client” refers to businesses or individuals who purchase AgentNest services.

2. Services Provided

AgentNest offers website design, branding, marketing solutions, and other digital services tailored for businesses in various industries. All services are subject to these Terms and any agreements entered into separately with a Client.

3. Payment & Fees

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the selected services.
Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice or service agreement.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
No refunds will be issued after project commencement unless otherwise specified.

4. Project Timelines & Revisions

Estimated project timelines will be provided at the beginning of each project.
Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions (as outlined in the service agreement). Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
AgentNest is not responsible for delays caused by a Client’s failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding materials, and content created by AgentNest remain the property of AgentNest until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final product will transfer to the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
AgentNest reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
Clients agree to provide feedback within the agreed timeframes.
Clients must ensure that any content (images, text, logos) they provide does not violate copyright laws or third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentNest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
AgentNest does not guarantee specific results or business outcomes from the use of our services.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project in writing if the other party breaches these Terms.
If the Client terminates the project after work has begun, no refunds will be provided.
If AgentNest terminates the project, the Client will receive a refund for any uncompleted work, minus the costs incurred up to that point.

9. Confidentiality

Both AgentNest and the Client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

AgentNest reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
